Our Germanica Top 10 today is an excerpt from the senate confirmation hearing for RFK Jr., Trump's pick for Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary, during which Senator Elizabeth Warren fiercely challenges RFK's ethics.

Normally government hearings are too boring to make the Germanica Top 10. However, the egregious hypocrisy in this segment is so profound that it made the cut.

Democrat Senator Elizabeth Warren, the senator that lied about her ethnicity for political gain (aka Pocahontas), and then took $822,573 in donations from pharmaceutical PACs in the 2020 election (second only to Democrat Bernie Sanders that took $1,417,633), had the audacity to challenge RFK's independence from big pharma - even though as a private attorney he has led the fight against corruption in that industry.

Her argument is that because he was compensated as an attorney in those cases (which is his profession), that he needs to disavow his right to practice law in that field for 4 years after his term as HHS Secretary expires. If you are outraged by hypocrisy in government, it doesn't get any better than this.
